To register, please use registration form one (b/w) and two (b/w, PowerPoint), along with the form for workshops (MS Word).

registration fees

Registration fee, before May 15th NOK 2,800

Late registration fee, after May 15th NOK 3,600

Workshop fee NOK 300 per workshop.

Students (status documented by University) NOK 2,000

Eastern Europe, or developing countries (after application) NOK 2,000

Accompanying person (includes opening ceremony, reception, two concerts, & closing ceremony) NOK 500

payment

Payment should be remitted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Bank, currency and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payee. Please ensure the organizer is paid the full amount due, and state the name(s) of the participant(s) clearly on all payments.

electronic submissions

Submissions of abstracts (ab-stracts@ wcp2002.no) and regi-stration (registration@wcp2002.no) is preferred through the internet. Please send the registration form by fax or ordinary mail when using a credit card, as we need to have your signature on file

confirmation of registration

Confirmation of your registrati-on, including hotel reservation, practical information etc. will be sent to all registered partici-pants end of May, and then as registrations arrive

cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing to WCP 2002, NTNU videre, NO-7491 Trondheim, Norway The registration fee will be re-funded if cancellations are re-ceived prior to May 15th, minus a NOK 500 administration char-ge. For cancellations received after this date the re-gistration fees are non-refundable. Substitutes will be accepted at any time. Cancellation terms for sight-seeings and tours are the same. Refunds will be processed imme-diately after the congress

Eastern Europe or developing countries

Some registration fees for Eastern Europe and developing countries will be reduced to NOK 2000, but only on written application to the Congress Secretariat. This reduction will only be available until May 15th
